Stay Strong

Well Hello everyone! It has been a minute since I’ve blogged, however this morning as I was in prayer, this message LEAPED in my spirit so much I had to sit down and write! I pray it blesses you… This blog is strictly for those who have been going THROUGH! Yes typically everyone goes through at one level or another but lately I have had a lot of prayer requests for senseless, unexplainable look like out of nowhere stuff happening to people. Then on top of that it seems that these happenings keep happening back to back. Normally I call them “little wearing out tactics” from the devil strictly meant to rob you of your faith. Although that is still true, this morning when I was in prayer the above scripture came to mind and I began to pray for strength! Strength for everyone I’ve been interceding for as well as strength for myself.

Many times we think that because we are on the Lord’s side, we should be able to get up, go about our day and strike out fulfilling our destiny with no opposition. That is far from the truth. Why because the Bible has already warned us that our adversary, the devil is going about seeking whom he may devour, 1 Peter 5:8. That means, he is constantly on his job trying to destroy. Another passage says “Woe unto the inhabitants of the earth and sea because Satan has come down with a great wrath knowing that he has a short time to work.” Rev 12:12 What does that mean? I’m glad you asked! It means he’s relentless at being a destroyer and diligent to mess up as many people as he can while he can. So here’s the thing, if he can’t get you one-way, he’ll try another and so on. Remember Job? He hit Job BACK TO BACK with what appeared senseless, unexplainable events! Oh AND he had God’s permission to do it! Here’s the thing though… God already knew Job had enduring strength and he was ONLY going to allow what he would work out for His Good! In the midst of all he was enduring the Bible said not one time did Job charge God foolishly! Job 1:22 Better yet remember Daniel was targeted by those who were jealous of him and they found a way to use what he was doing RIGHT to make a law to have him punished for it! That law landed him in a den of Lions! YET he trusted God! Daniel 6:1-28 Or what about the Hebrew boys who refused to bow to anyone But God, knowing the consequences would result in them being thrown into a fiery furnace!?!? They each believed God, and stood in faith and came out More than conquerors!!! Daniel 3:1-30

With all of that being said, this morning the Holy Spirit reminded me as I was praying against sicknesses… Some the cause is known and there are some I’m praying for that they appeared out of the blue and the Dr’s are still trying to find the cause and cure. I’ve been praying for those who’s relationships have been under attack and even those suffering from sabotage. I’ve been praying for Pastor’s and leaders who are fatigued and discouraged in their assignment but yet trying their best to hold on and fulfill it with much opposition in their own personal lives. Not only that I myself have been getting rebuilt and refreshed from giving out and serving others even when it appears sometimes the sacrifice is unappreciated but yet EXPECTED. (That’s a whole other blog thank God I do what I do FOR GOD!) And it was at that moment the Holy Spirit reminded me that “If you Faint in the day of adversity, Your strength is small!” So how do you remedy this? You build up that which remains! Revelations 3:2a Strengthen your inner man. Get in the presence of God through worship and The Word and let him wash your fears and doubts, and even hurts and disappointments away. Don’t nurture the negative thoughts the enemy feeds you, but rather nurture your faith filled thoughts. Philippians 4:8 says “And now, dear brothers and sisters, one final thing. Fix your thoughts on what is true, and honorable, and right, and pure, and lovely, and admirable. Think about things that are excellent and worthy of praise.”

Speak what God speaks over you, your loved ones, your relationships, your health, your wealth, your livelihood etc. Align and Realign yourself with the Father if you have to. Know that as long as you stay plugged into THE SOURCE your strength will not fail! A battery only dies when it’s constantly used and never recharged. Today I encourage you to PLUG IN and RECHARGE! Why because you need strength not to faint during adversity. Hard times will come, but according to 2 Peter 1:3, God has given you everything you need to succeed! Psalms 34:19 says, “Many are the afflictions of the righteous, but the LORD delivers him out of them all.”  Thank God ALL of our troubles have an Expiration date! Hold on to that and praise your way THROUGH! Remember, the other side of through is waiting for you! I pray you experience Much Love & Blessings in Jesus name!
